Ingredients

  • 4–5 fresh strawberries (hulled & sliced)
  • 2 tbsp dragon fruit simple syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 2–3 oz sparkling water or club soda
  • ice cubes (as needed)
  • fresh fruit & mint (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Put your sliced strawberries into a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker. Muddle gently until they release juice and aroma.
  • Add 2 tbsp of chilled dragon fruit simple syrup and 1 oz fresh lime juice.
  • Add ice to your shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  • Fill your serving glass with ice and strain the mixture into it.
  • Top off with 2–3 oz sparkling water or club soda for fizzy refreshment.
  • Stir lightly to combine and garnish as desired.

Notes

Chill glasses in advance for extra refreshment. Try flavored sparkling water for added aroma. Garnish with mint or strawberry fans for visual flair. Syrup lasts 7 days in the fridge.
