Ingredients
4–5fresh strawberries (hulled & sliced)
2tbspdragon fruit simple syrup
1ozfresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
2–3ozsparkling water or club soda
ice cubes (as needed)
fresh fruit & mint (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Put your sliced strawberries into a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker. Muddle gently until they release juice and aroma.
Add 2 tbsp of chilled dragon fruit simple syrup and 1 oz fresh lime juice.
Add ice to your shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
Fill your serving glass with ice and strain the mixture into it.
Top off with 2–3 oz sparkling water or club soda for fizzy refreshment.
Stir lightly to combine and garnish as desired.
Notes
